Abstract: The effectiveness of career fairs in connecting vocational students with employers is pivotal for bridging the gap between education and employment opportunities. This study examines the impact of career fairs on vocational students' job placement rates, employer engagement, and career readiness outcomes. Objectives include evaluating the effectiveness of career fairs in facilitating student-employer connections, assessing students' perceptions of career fair benefits, and identifying factors that contribute to successful career fair outcomes. A survey research design is chosen to gather data from 250 participants, including vocational students, employers, and career fair organizers, using purposive sampling to ensure representation from vocational institutions and industries in Ogun State. Case studies will highlight successful career fair initiatives, showcasing effective practices and their impact on student employment outcomes. Findings indicate that career fairs significantly enhance students' access to job opportunities, foster employer relationships, and improve career preparation skills. Recommendations emphasize expanding career fair participation, enhancing employer engagement through networking sessions and workshops, and integrating career fair experiences into vocational curriculum to maximize student outcomes.
